The Fire Inside is a dark fantasy saga years in the making — a story about grief and power and the kind of love that refuses to stay buried. Book One is in final revision. The world it lives in is already much larger than one book can hold.
This blog is where I pull back the curtain on all of it.
You’ll find a little bit of everything here: the decisions that shaped the story, the ones I got wrong first, and the ones I’m still arguing with myself about. You’ll find lore drops from the world of Erest, character histories that don’t fit inside the novels, and short fiction set in places the main story only passes through. You’ll find behind-the-scenes content from The Fire Inside LLC — the AI character portraits, the hand-painted figures, the worldbuilding documents that keep this world alive.
This is not a polished author platform. It is a working journal from someone who is still inside the making of something and finds that more interesting to write about than the finished version. You will also find some of my own personal thoughts here regarding trauma, grief, and the restoration that comes with healing.
